FASTTAC Professional Services are provided to assist the customer with the implementation of the FASTTAC system for each project.  FASTTAC consultants work with the project leadership team to define the project requirements, review business processes, and document workflows.  A project implementation plan is then developed that optimizes the value of the FASTTAC system for the project team. 

The FASTTAC consultant leads the project team through the implementation process, trains the users, monitors usage throughout the project and recommends adjustments as needed to achieve project objectives.  Key tasks include:

• Reviewing the list of documents to be loaded into the FASTTAC system
• Developing a customized drawing grid that organizes project drawings and documents to be loaded into the SyncSet
• Providing ongoing project oversight and administration
• Understanding the project business processes and workflows
• Working with the project staff to modify workflows as needed to achieve project objectives and fully leverage the FASTTAC system functionality
• Training the project team on how to use the FASTTAC software
• Follow-up operational reviews
• Working with the project staff to ensure project objectives are being achieved.
